Between 14th and 18th June 2023, Varna is hosting the XX-th (twentieth) International Festival of Red Cross and Health Films
March 2nd, 2023 is the final date for requests to participate and submission of films for selection.
April 15th, 2023 the applicant will be informed on the selection results.

Stamp date must be before March 2nd, 2023, and the letter should arrive no later than March 15th, 2023!
All films with original language different from English should have subtitles or dialogue lists in English.
Films that are in Work-In-Progress stage as of March 15th 2023 will not be accepted.
