Between 16th and 19th September 2021, Varna is hosting the XIX-th (nineteenth) International Festival of Red Cross and Health Films
May 10th, 2021 is the final date for requests to participate and submission of films for selection.
May 25th, 2021 the applicant will be informed on the selection results.

Stamp date must be before May 10th, 2021, and the letter should arrive no later than May 15th, 2021!
All films with original language different from English should have subtitles or dialogue lists in English.
Films that are in Work-In-Progress stage as of April 15th 2021 will not be accepted.
